Individual Therapy

Therapy offers you a confidential space to slow down, turn inward, and really listen to what’s happening inside you. Many of the people I work with are capable, thoughtful, and doing “well” on paper, while quietly struggling below the surface. You may be used to pushing through, taking care of others, or holding it all together, even when you are exhausted.

Together, we gently explore patterns rooted in past relationships and experiences, helping you feel more grounded, connected, and at ease in your body and your life. Whether you’re healing from trauma, navigating burnout or relationship challenges, or simply longing to feel more like yourself, individual therapy can support you in creating a life that feels safe, more authentic, and aligned.

Through our work together, you’ll practice and learn how to:

  • Identify and process your trauma patterns driving overwork & anxiety so you can access clarity.

  • Break self-sabotaging cycles to create relationships that feel safe.

  • Regulate your nervous system to cultivate balance.

  • Understand the mind-body connection behind stress & body-based symptoms to reduce discomfort.

  • Build inner emotional safety so downtime feels comfortable instead of anxiety-producing.

  • Reconnect with your intuition to make choices from authenticity instead of from fear or obligation.

  • Work with your dreams & nightmares to uncover wisdom you can utilize in your day to day life.

Couples Therapy

Couples therapy is for partners who care deeply about each other but feel stuck in painful repeating cycles. You may find yourselves having the same argument over and over, struggling to communicate without things escalating, or feeling emotionally distant and lonely. For some couples, trust has been shattered by infidelity, betrayal, or broken agreements. For others, major life transitions, like marriage, having a baby, pregnancy loss, career changes, or shifting roles, have brought problems that feel impossible to overcome.

Therapy offers a non-judgmental space to slow down and go beneath the conflict to understand the root issues. Together, we work on repairing trust, rebuilding emotional safety, and learning how to communicate with more clarity, care, and honesty. Rather than focusing on who’s right or wrong, we help you learn how to recognize the patterns keeping you stuck and develop new habits that strengthen your connection. Couples therapy can help you move toward a relationship that feels more stable, secure, and loving, even in the midst of demanding, fast-paced lives.

Through our work together, you’ll practice and learn how to:

  • Map your conflict cycle to prevent future escalation.

  • Communicate clearly & compassionately during conflict to increase trust.

  • Develop tools to regulate individually and together to reset when triggered.

  • Rebuild trust after distance or betrayal to improve connection.

  • Balance ambition with emotional presence to improve intimacy.

  • Heal relationship patterns rooted in overwork or avoidance to repair trust.

  • Strengthen intimacy through vulnerability & curiosity to deepen the love.

Dreamwork

Here we work with your dreams, yes, the ones you have every night. Why?

Dreams provide a direct line into the depths of your inner world. Rather than seeing dreams as nonsensical, random, or something to “figure out,” I approach them as meaningful messages from parts of you that speak in images, metaphors, and symbols.

Dreams often get to the truth of the matter before you’re consciously aware of it. Nightmares aren’t something to get rid of, but signs pointing toward something inside of you asking for attention, safety, or repair.

Instead of analyzing or asking what the dream means, we ask the dream Who is here? What is happening?

Staying curious helps you build a relationship with the inner figures in your dream world. Dreamwork can be especially supportive when you feel stuck, overwhelmed, or unable to make sense of what you’re feeling. By tending to dreams with curiosity and compassion, we allow deeper insight, healing, & integration to unfold in unexpected ways.

Why work with dreams?

Dreams Are Portals

  • Dreams can reveal what’s really going on inside you in a way that words can’t express.

  • Inner figures in dreams can help you notice patterns in your feelings, relationships, and reactions in your waking life.

  • Nightmares or unsettling dreams are often messages from your inner world, directly us to the parts of you that need care.

  • Gain clarity when you feel stuck, anxious, or overwhelmed.

  • Connect with inner guidance & build relationships with inner figures.

  • Spark creativity, insight, and new ways of understanding yourself and your experiences.

  • Feel more grounded, aligned, and connected to yourself and to the magic of the dreammaker.

Dreamwork FAQs

  • Dreamwork isn’t about looking up symbols in dictionaries or “decoding” your dreams. We listen to what the dream feels like and what it might be trying to show you, rather than telling you what it means.

  • That’s okay! We’ll begin by creating a ritual and dedicated space to aid in dream retention. We’ll discuss different methods of recording dreams that work best for you.

  • Not at all. Even a single image is enough to work with. In therapy, we explore whatever you can recall, and that’s usually enough to uncover meaningful insight.

  • Yes, couples often find that sharing and exploring dreams together helps them understand each other more deeply and see patterns in how they relate.

Dreams can reveal unspoken feelings, fears, or hopes that show up in your day-to-day interactions. The process of sharing a dream with your partner is vulnerable, which helps build intimacy and trust.

  • Dreams often point to things you haven’t fully processed or questions you’re living with. Starting a dream tending practice helps you notice shifts and patterns in your dream life, which creates meaningful changes you can apply in your waking life.

  • Nightmares aren’t “bad.” However, they get our attention. They’re often messages from your inner world guiding you toward what feels unsafe, unresolved, or overwhelming. When we tend to nightmares with curiosity and care, we can understand what your psyche is asking for.
